Rockpool Ventures
Rockpool Ventures is run by Mark Baptist.
In 1996, Mark was a watch leader racing a yacht around the world. Two things struck him: Firstly, as a marine biologist he was devastated by the level of plastic pollution in the ocean and secondly he was curious how a diverse of group of people (the crew) could come together around a shared purpose to achieve something extraordinary.
It is the combination of these two experiences that now drives Mark to support individuals and teams to regenerate their organisations with pragmatism and insight.
He is passionate about combining coaching and creativity to push thinking that enables new choices, approaches, solutions and actions.
Experience
He has worked for some of the largest (and smallest!) organisations with 30 years of experience across consulting, finance, marketing, and organisational development.
Connectivity
He can also bring a multi-disciplinary associate team to any project if additional skills or resources are required but without the infrastructure costs of the larger consultancies.
